1st Annual Arkansas Youth Environmental Conference
This morning four of our EAST students attended the first annual Arkansas Youth Environmental Conference at UALR. The conference was created by Little Rock Central High students known as the Pollution Terminators that are attempting to change the world. They had the an opportunity to attend the Plastic Ocean Pollution Solution Summit last year and decided to create something similar back home. We enjoyed networking with other teams and people in our community and look forward to launching our own environmental project at Carver. Thank you for inspiring our group!
