Carver Wins at the LRSD Science Fair
The Little Rock School District Elementary Science Fair was held Saturday at Roberts Elementary. Out of 170 projects entered from 24 schools and put into 11 categories, Carver had winners. All of our students did a wonderful job and represented Carver in an exceptional way. Way to go!! Category: Engineering, 1st place Mitchell Bordelon (5th grade), "Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle" Category: Food/ Consumer Science (40 projects in this category), 3rd place Dillon Tharpe (5th grade), "Less Grease is Best" Category: Energy/ Transportation, Honorable Mention, Kerem Karacabak (4th grade), "The Power of Light" Category: Chemistry, Honorable Mention, Jakori Webster (4th grade), "Frozen: The Melting Rate of Ice"
