Yesterday, the LRSD celebrated an exciting culminating reading event at the Clinton Library. Our Carver Cheerleaders performed and we had a booth to explain to folks how we used the Cleo Edison Oliver book at our school. We also got to meet the author and film a quick interview with her in which she gave our students advice on how to be a better writer. Check it out below!
