Mrs. Barrett's Class Fills Their Button Jar

Mrs.Barrett’s first grade class has worked incredibly hard all year long to fill up their Button Jar and THEY FINALLY DID IT! The goal was to fill the jar to the green line. With an added handful last Thursday, the class was successful in doing so. Buttons were earned throughout the year when the class was complimented as a team by other teachers or adults in our building. Some of the ways that Mrs. Barrett’s class earned buttons were for quiet lines, walking respectfully in the hallway, and practicing safe bathroom procedures. The class will be rewarded with a special celebration after testing. OH YEAH!
